December 15 street date. Bad Cop Bad Cop has done angry. The band's 2017 full-length, "Warriors", was recorded in the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election. 2020's "The Ride" is less about wagging your finger at others, or giving the middle one to "the man", than it is about self-love and acceptance. Now, Bad Cop Bad Cop is back with two brand new tracks of both hope in a time when life seems dire, and a call to action when the powers that be threaten to take away our rights. "Shattered" is a song about hope and perseverance. It is a plea to the listener to see past the pain and misery life can throw around, to experience the beauty that enables a perspective that allows us to live the life we want regardless of the strife. "Safe And Legal" is a direct response to the heightened threats to abortion rights in the United States and around the world. Bad Cop Bad Cop is leveraging their platform to raise awareness and advocate for universal abortion access. Both tracks were released as singles earlier this year, and are now available on vinyl.
